TrakLand accurately manages and tracks every aspect of an asset, including number, description, size, weight, control considerations, components, subcomponents, serialization, lot, manufacture, and model. Assets are tracked to locations, cost centers, and individuals. Optional barcode scanning and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) eliminate the errors associated with keyboard entry. Accuracy is also improved by direct electronic messaging for wireless material handlers and paperless on-screen prompts directing vehicle mounted and hand-held radio frequency terminals. Our product meets ISO 9000 standards and on-hand asset accuracy is near 100 percent.

Performance and Productivity

Your performance and productivity will be greatly enhanced by TrakLand. All movement activities are time stamped when assigned, when work begins, and at work completion. Implementation will result in the reduction in time required to take and maintain asset inventory, the elimination of costly errors, reduced travel time while handling assets, and decreases in asset search time. Ease of Use

TrakLand offers many configurable and user-defined features customizing the product for your operation. Data sets, user prompts, tab orders, Automated Data Collection (ADC) prompting sequences, user grids, all control data, movement types, and asset classes are fully user-defined during configuration and most require no programming changes. Processing definitions may be redefined by administrators at run time, and security & permissions are also user-defined as well as process-defined.
